Finance Specialist

Haier Gulf is looking for a skilled and analytical Commercial & Credit Controls Finance Specialist to join our team in Dubai! If you have a strong background in commercial finance, credit management, receivables, and financial controls, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare budgets, financial plans, sales analysis, and management reports to support profitability and working capital efficiency. 2. Review product costs, pricing, margins, commercial policies, incentives, and customer claims. 3. Manage accounts receivable, credit controls, collections, customer reconciliations, banking activities, and customer-related payments. 4. Coordinate accounting adjustments, VAT compliance, external audits, and contract reviews. 5. Strengthen financial controls and support system improvements across SAP, GPMS, Credit360, and e-invoicing. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA, CA, CMA, or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred. 2. Around 4–6 years of relevant experience in commercial finance, credit management, receivables, and financial controls. 3. UAE experience and knowledge of VAT regulations are preferred. 4. Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, retail, or distribution is an advantage. 5. Strong skills in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in pricing management and credit control systems. 6. Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
