Job description
核心职责
总账及财务结账管理
- 负责海外子公司月度、季度及年度结账工作
- 审核会计分录，完成资产负债表对账
- 核查预提费用及预付款项，确保账务准确完整
总部财务协调与报告
- 作为海外业务与总部财务中心的核心联络人
- 负责定期财务报表及数据报送
- 协调关联公司往来对账及跨境结算
财务运营问题处理
- 解决海外公司日常财务及会计问题
- 优化费用报销、总账核算等流程
- 推动当地团队与共享服务中心高效协作
审计、内控及合规支持
- 配合内外部审计工作
- 准备审计资料及法定财务披露文件
- 确保财务流程符合集团合规要求
任职要求
- 会计、财务或相关专业本科及以上学历
- CPA持证人或CPA考试通过者优先
- 3年以上财务会计或财务分析经验
- 有海外业务或中东市场经验优先
- 熟练使用Excel，了解SAP等ERP系统优先
- 具备优秀的数据分析能力和跨部门沟通能力
- 良好的英文读写能力
- 中文必须流利
