Finance Transformation Architect

Your Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager/Director to lead our Digital Core Finance advisory offering. Own client relationships at executive level, take ultimate accountability for large-scale finance transformation programmes enabled by SAP S/4HANA Finance, and play a leading role in growing our Digital Core Finance business across accounts and sectors. You will bring deep understanding of finance operating models, S/4HANA Finance delivery, and integrated performance management, translating these into tangible value for CFOs and finance leadership teams. Key expectations: Own and drive the delivery of large-scale Digital Core Finance transformation programs, Finance Operating Model redesign, process review, quality assurance, SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations, and Integrated Performance Management initiatives. Shape and evolve client SAP enabled finance transformation strategies. Business Development: Own significant sales targets, leading proposals, RFPs, and bids. Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (CFOs, Finance Directors, Heads of FP&A). Your Skills and Experience: 12-15+ years of experience in finance transformation, ERP-enabled change, or technology consulting, with a substantial portion spent in a senior leadership capacity. Proven track record leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs for major global clients. Deep expertise in Finance Operating Model design, Global Business Services, and end-to-end finance process transformation (record to report, Financial Planning & Analysis, Group Reporting). Strong understanding of Integrated Performance Management, including planning, reporting and analytics capabilities like SAC and EPM. Experience working in the Middle East region. Certifications: SAP S/4HANA Finance certification preferred; professional finance credentials such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA valued.
