Finance Transformation Senior Consultant

YOUR ROLE In this position, you will take ownership of: - Developing and implementing Finance strategies and Target Operating Models, as well as optimizing end-to-end processes within the CFO organization, working closely with cross-functional teams - Designing modern Accounting, Steering, Reporting, Enterprise Performance Management, and Treasury solutions, leveraging current analytics and data technologies (e.g., AI, robotics) - Implementing global Finance Transformation programs (incl. SAP S/4HANA), including Post-Merger Integration and Valuation, and driving the targeted adoption of new technologies across the finance function YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Several years of practical project experience in the Finance domain, with solid knowledge of Management and Financial Accounting, or Treasury and a strong focus on structured analysis and execution - First leadership or (co-)project management experience in transformation projects is desirable - Technology skills such as SAP S/4HANA, along with exposure to AI-enabled finance solutions, are a strong asset - Strong team spirit, reliability, and an entrepreneurial mindset, along with the ambition to create impact within an international consulting environment - Knowledge of relevant finance systems and applications (e.g., reporting and consolidation tools, or treasury management solutions) - Outstanding academic degree, excellent communication and presentation skills, and fluency in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
