Financial Business Analyst

Najah Senior Management Consulting is seeking a qualified candidate for a vacancy on behalf of one of its clients, a leading company in Saudi Arabia’s fashion retail sector. Position Details - Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia - Career level: Mid-Level - Required experience: 3–5 years - Monthly salary: SAR 10,000–12,000, depending on qualifications and experience Key Responsibilities - Prepare financial reports and analyze profit and loss (P&L). - Develop budgets and financial forecasts, and analyze variances. - Analyze profitability, revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Monitor cash flow and working capital. - Prepare management reports and analyses to support decision-making. - Enhance financial reporting and improve the efficiency of analytical tools. Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or financial planning and analysis (FP&A). - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Familiarity with Power BI and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred. - Good knowledge of financial reporting, financial modeling, and performance metrics. - Fluency in Arabic and English. - Strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills. - Retail sector experience is an advantage.
