Financial Controller

Stryber is scouting a Financial Controller on behalf of their fintech client aiming to promote financial inclusion globally. On behalf of their client, Stryber is seeking an experienced Financial Controller with 10-12 years of experience to join their finance team. Responsibilities include overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in a fast-paced fintech environment. Key responsibilities cover financial operations management, cash flow management, financial reporting and analysis under IFRS, tax compliance and reporting for UAE regulations, regulatory filings with the UAE Central Bank and SCA, internal controls and risk management, financial systems management including MS Dynamics, SAP, or QuickBooks, process optimization, and leadership and team development. Qualifications include 10-12 years in finance and accounting with at least 5 years in a leadership position, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
