Job description
Lead bookkeeping, monthly/annual financial closes, and statutory reporting under listed company compliance norms. Head interactions with internal and external statutory auditors, ensuring zero non-compliance. Oversee treasury management, banking relationships, liquidity forecasting, and working capital optimization across plant operations. Drive annual budgets, plant costing, CapEx tracking, and present monthly MIS packs with actionable variances to leadership. Deliver clear financial insights and present regularly to the CFO, Board, and Audit Committee.
