Financial Cost Controller and Accountant Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Develop and monitor budgets, costs and expenditure. Prepare cost reports, forecasts and variance analyses. Verify invoices, Service Entry Sheets and payment certificates. Monitor manpower and operational costs; recommend cost optimisation. Support CAPEX/OPEX budgeting and financial performance tracking. Maintain financial records and support audits. Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls. Deliver accurate, timely financial reports. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Minimum 18 years of financial and cost control experience. Oil and gas or industrial experience preferred. Strong ERP/SAP, budgeting and reporting skills. CMA, CPA or ACCA certification preferred. HSE and Site Requirements: Plant access permit and security clearance. Mandatory HSE induction and site orientation. H2S Awareness and Escape Breathing Apparatus certification. Medical fitness certificate and respirator face-fit test. Compliance with site safety and emergency procedures. Employment Details: Continuous engagement for 5 years.
