Job description

Our client, a leading global FMCG (Food) company, is looking to appoint an experienced FP&A Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the CFO – KSA, the incumbent will act as a strategic finance partner to the Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Retail teams, driving financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, commercial performance, margin analysis and Gross-to-Net (GTN) management. The role will support business growth through trade spend management, retailer deductions, profitability analysis, scenario planning and Joint Business Plans (JBPs), while ensuring strong financial controls and alignment with overall business objectives. Salary: SAR 30,000 to SAR 32,000 + Education + Benefits + VIP Medical + Bonus. Key Responsibilities: Manage and control GTN deductions, including promotions, visibility, rebates and other commercial investments. Monitor retailer claims, deductions and trade spend accruals. Manage SAP rebates and ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Partner with Sales on margin analysis, commercial scenarios and retailer negotiations. Lead the annual budgeting process for the Saudi business. Drive monthly and quarterly forecasting and Latest Estimate cycles. Act as the key finance partner to Sales and Marketing. Support Joint Business Plans with key retailers. Conduct customer, product, promotion and NPD profitability analysis. Deliver monthly variance analysis and management reporting. Candidate Profile: 5+ years of progressive FP&A / Commercial Finance experience. Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food, Beverage or Retail is highly preferred. Strong hands-on experience with GTN, trade spend, rebates and retailer deductions. Proven experience partnering with Sales and Marketing teams. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and variance analysis. Saudi Arabia / KSA experience is strongly preferred. SAP ERP experience is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. ACCA, CPA, CA, SOCPA or equivalent qualification is preferred. Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
