Job description
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Reporting & FP&A Analyst to join our Group Finance team. This role will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial statement preparation, group consolidation, and audit coordination across multiple entities within the Group. The successful candidate will work closely with business units, Finance Business Partners, and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and insightful decision-making support. Key Responsibilities: Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Prepare monthly management reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis. Assist with group consolidations and intercompany reconciliations. Support the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements. Coordinate with external and statutory auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits. Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, supporting documentation, and track audit requests. Develop and maintain financial models, reporting templates, and dashboards. Support automation and process improvement initiatives using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Excel. Provide ad hoc financial analysis and business support as required. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA). 4-6 years of relevant experience in Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Management Reporting, Financial Reporting, Financial Statement Preparation, Group Consolidation, External Audit Coordination. Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Financial Modelling, IFRS knowledge, Variance Analysis & Reporting, Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is an advantage.
