Haier Electric Egypt – a global leader in the home appliances industry Job Title: Finished Goods Stock Management Specialist Location: 10th of Ramadan City | Full-time About the Role: We are hiring a Finished Goods Stock Management Specialist to own inventory accuracy, shipping execution, and warehouse quality control. This role coordinates closely with production, logistics, customs, and customers. Strong English skills are required. Key Responsibilities: Shipping & Delivery Planning Develop shipping plans based on customer requirements. Notify production department for scheduling. Notify customers for vessel booking and arrange vehicle pick-up. For export products: prepare packing lists, invoices, and hand over to customs team. Track customs clearance, shipment, and customer receipt progress. Inbound Quality Control Control quality of refrigerators entering the warehouse. Reject non-conforming units — defective goods must never be stored or shipped. Coordinate with all quality checkpoints in the warehouse and communicate with production. Inventory Accuracy Conduct daily physical inventory counts. Spot check special/abnormal models. Investigate discrepancies and trace until closure. Perform unannounced spot checks on loading vehicles during shifts to verify loading quantities. Requirements: Must-have: Excellent English (spoken & written) — non-negotiable. 3–5 years of experience in finished goods inventory, warehouse operations, or logistics. ERP/WMS experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate inventory discrepancies to root cause. Ability to coordinate across production, warehouse, logistics, and customs teams. Nice-to-have: Export documentation and customs clearance experience.
