Hiring: Forward Deployed Engineer | Open Innovation AI Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Work Mode: On-site Experience: 4+ years (Backend/Data/Full-Stack) Role Work directly with enterprise customers to design, build, deploy, and own production AI solutions using the OI Platform. Key Responsibilities - Translate business problems into technical AI solutions - Build AI Agents, RAG pipelines, applications & data products - Integrate AI with enterprise systems like SAP & Oracle - Own projects from discovery -> architecture -> deployment -> iteration - Transform complex enterprise data for AI workloads - Collaborate with product, deployment & customer teams - Conduct workshops, troubleshoot production systems & support clients Must-Have Skills - 4+ years Backend/Data/Full-Stack Engineering - Python or TypeScript - LLMs, RAG, Vector DBs, Agent Frameworks - Prompt orchestration & AI evaluation - Large-scale data & modern data tooling - AWS / GCP / Azure - Strong customer & executive communication - Ownership, autonomy & problem-solving in ambiguous environments Preferred - Enterprise/mission-critical AI/ML deployments - Consulting or customer-facing delivery experience - Regulated-industry experience
