FP&A Analyst

We are hiring in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. A facility management and manpower services company based in Jeddah is hiring for this position to support financial planning and performance analysis across facility management and manpower operations. Key responsibilities include preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports, analyzing actual results against budgets and explaining key variances, monitoring project revenue, workforce costs, operating expenses, and profitability, and preparing dashboards and providing financial insights to support business decisions. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, SOCPA certification, 2-4 years of relevant experience in a facility management or manpower services company, strong Excel and ERP skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
