Freight Specialist

Behind every successful delivery is someone making sure the right shipment leaves the right place, at the right time, with the right documents and that's where you come in. At Boutiqaat, we're looking for a detail-driven, proactive Freight Specialist to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day coordination and monitoring of international shipments from origin to destination. Coordinate international shipments from booking to destination. Work with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams to keep shipments on schedule. Track shipments, identify delays, and follow up until issues are resolved. Prepare, collect, and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading. Review freight quotations, shipment details, and service terms. Check freight invoices and identify cost discrepancies. Maintain accurate shipment trackers and freight reports. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in freight operations, logistics, or supply chain. Experience with ERP, logistics, or freight management systems. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
