Job description
Looking for an experienced Functional Analyst with strong expertise in utility systems, smart metering, and AMI integrations.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of HES, MDMS, EI Server, Utility IQ, Energy IP, Smart Metering & AMI Architecture
- Experience gathering requirements, conducting stakeholder workshops, defining utility use cases, preparing Functional Specifications/SRS, and improving HES/MDMS processes
- Hands-on experience with SAP Billing, GIS, Portals, AMI Integrations, UAT, Test Cases, Meter/Readings Troubleshooting, and Data Quality Issues
- Knowledge of DLMS, M-Bus, PLC, RF, 3G/4G, Billing Processes, Visio/Process Workflows, and managed service KPIs/SLAs & Operations
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
