Global Implementation Manager

As Global Implementation Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful deployment of industrial processes, systems, and product-related changes across our global manufacturing network. You will lead complex implementation initiatives, ensuring alignment between global standards and local operational requirements while supporting business transformation and operational excellence. Working closely with stakeholders across Operations, R&D, Master Data Management, PLM, and Product Management, you will ensure smooth execution of global rollouts and sustainable adoption of new processes and technologies. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementation initiatives, managing change notifications through Change Review Boards, developing standardized implementation processes, driving project roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional projects. Candidates must have several years of experience in implementation management or transformation projects within an industrial environment, strong knowledge of operational master data management, hands-on experience with PLM systems and SAP, solid understanding of High Voltage Products, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
