Group Accounting Manager

TalentScript is recruiting on behalf of a Kuwait-based holding company seeking experienced accounting professionals at both Manager and Assistant Manager levels, depending on qualifications and experience. We are looking for hands-on professionals with strong technical accounting skills and experience managing financial operations across multiple companies. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and month-end closing. Prepare financial statements and consolidated Group reporting in accordance with IFRS. Manage statutory audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting policies. Support budgeting, cash flow management, and treasury operations. Maintain and improve accounting processes and ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics. Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA. Manager level: 8+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience. Assistant Manager level: 4+ years of relevant accounting experience. Strong hands-on experience in accounting operations, IFRS, Group consolidation, and statutory audits. Experience handling multiple legal entities and intercompany transactions. Microsoft Dynamics experience is highly preferred. Experience in holding companies, investment companies, family offices, or diversified business groups is a strong advantage. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
