Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

A prestigious, UAE-headquartered, diversified business services group seeks an accomplished Group CFO to drive financial strategy, transformation, capital allocation and sustainable enterprise value creation. The Group serves major public and private sector clients across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities: - Group Financial Strategy: Drive long-term growth, profitability, financial resilience and shareholder value. - FP&A & Performance: Lead Group budgeting, forecasting, consolidated reporting and strategic business partnering. - Corporate Finance & M&A: Direct acquisitions, disposals, valuations, investment appraisals and capital allocation. - Treasury & Capital Structure: Optimise liquidity, working capital, financing strategy and banking relationships. - Governance & IFRS: Strengthen financial controls, risk management, regulatory compliance and Board reporting. - Finance Transformation: Champion ERP optimisation, automation, digital reporting and data-driven decision-making. - Executive Leadership: Partner directly with the CEO, Board, shareholders, investors and lenders. Ideal Candidate Profile: - 20+ years progressive finance leadership experience. - Proven Group CFO experience within a large, diversified organisation. - Recognized CA / ACA / CPA or equivalent qualification. - Expertise in FP&A, M&A, treasury, corporate finance, IFRS and governance. - Demonstrated finance transformation and operational excellence. - Strong Board, shareholder and lender engagement. - UAE experience is essential; wider GCC experience is advantageous.
