Group Finance Manager

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead our group-wide finance function and work directly with the Managing Director to drive financial strategy, consolidation, and governance. Role at a Glance: - Position: Group Finance Manager - Company: Joga Ram Group of Companies - Location: Dubai, UAE (in person) - Employment type: Full-time - Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), mandatory - Experience: 6–7 years of UAE experience, including 3–5 years in a finance leadership or managerial role What We’re Looking For: - Chartered Accountant (CA), mandatory - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce - Proven experience managing finance teams across multiple companies and business verticals - Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax - Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software (Tally, Zoho, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar) - Background in Trading, Manufacturing, Construction, Interior Fit-Out, or Real Estate is highly preferred Preferred Skills: - Multi-company accounting and consolidation - Manufacturing costing and project accounting - Audit and financial due diligence experience - Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership - Prior experience as a Group Finance Manager, Finance Controller, or similar
