Group Financial Controller (Head of Consolidation)

The Group Financial Controller (Head of Consolidation) owns the general ledger, month-end close and statutory consolidation of the Group's reported actuals across the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus. As Global Process Owner for Record to Report, this role is accountable for the end-to-end standard, control framework and resource model. You will connect the Dubai headquarters with local finance organisations while reporting responsibility transfers to Dubai, protecting the continuity and quality of every close. You will lead a team of five. The role is fully based in Dubai, with relocation and visa support provided, and requires international travel of up to 25%.
