Head of Digital Technology

The Head of Technology will lead the end-to-end architecture, engineering, and technical operations for a multi-brand, multi-region digital commerce ecosystem built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Composable Storefront (Headless), SAP ERP, OMS, and several third-party systems. This role is responsible for driving technology strategy, ensuring platform scalability, managing cross-functional engineering teams, and partnering with Product and Business stakeholders. Strategic Roles: Own and evolve digital commerce technology vision and roadmap; align technology initiatives with business growth; drive innovation across headless commerce and MACH architectures; manage cross-functional teams from concept to production; own enterprise architecture across SFCC, SAP ERP, OMS, PIM, and middleware; lead Architecture Review Boards. Functional Roles: Own delivery across digital commerce platforms including catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, payments, and order lifecycle; oversee end-to-end integrations with SAP S/4HANA, OMS, PIM, loyalty, payments, and logistics; define security posture (PCI-DSS, GDPR, KSA PDPL, OWASP); lead engineering leadership and third-party integrations management. Qualifications: Master's in computer science or other Engineering; 10+ years in Commerce Technology leadership with at least 5+ years in SFCC knowledge; strong expertise in SFCC SFRA and Headless, MACH architectures, SAP S/4 ERP and OMS integrations, cloud-native and high-volume multi-region eCommerce systems; Salesforce certifications preferred.
