Head of Inventory Control

GRIVOT, a human resources consulting and services company, is recruiting a Head of Inventory Control on behalf of a leading company. This role will lead inventory control across warehouses, branches, and departments, ensuring accurate inventory records, effective stocktaking and reconciliations, and strong financial controls. Responsibilities include leading inventory control and overseeing warehouse operations, planning and supervising physical stock takes and cycle counts, reconciling physical stock with system records and inventory balances with the general ledger, monitoring inventory valuation and stock movements, managing and developing the team, and preparing inventory reports. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, at least 7 years of relevant experience in inventory control and warehouse management with 3 years in a leadership role, strong practical knowledge of inventory accounting and reconciliations, and proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
