Head of IT

The IT Head is responsible for defining and executing the organization’s end-to-end IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving digital transformation across all functions. This role leads enterprise technology initiatives, including ERP (SAP S/4HANA and Odoo), WMS, business intelligence (Power BI), and digital workplace modernization (Microsoft 365). Acting as both a strategic advisor and hands-on leader, the IT Head ensures the delivery of scalable, secure, and efficient systems while championing automation, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization. The role also serves as the primary project lead for all major system implementations and enhancements, ensuring successful delivery, integration, and adoption across the organization. Define and execute the organization’s IT vision, strategy, and roadmap. Own and oversee ERP ecosystems, including SAP S/4HANA and Odoo. Lead implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems integrated with ERP and supply chain operations. Ensure seamless integration between ERP, WMS, CRM, HRMS, e-commerce, and other business systems. Own end-to-end delivery including planning, budgeting, vendor management, execution, and governance. Oversee cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and controls. Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team.
