Head of Spare Parts Supply

As an Entrepreneurial Business Partner and member of the Global Spare Parts Supply Chain Leadership Team, shape the global spare parts supply chain strategy and translate it into measurable regional impact. Lead spare parts supply, material management, warehousing, and end-to-end transport across the Central Hub and assigned regions to improve the end-to-end repair journey through best-in-class spare parts availability. What You'll Do: - Act as a member of the Global Spare Parts Supply Chain Leadership Team, shaping the global strategy and translating strategic priorities into measurable regional business impact. - Own end-to-end material flows from Hilti AG and Hilti Middle East to the Tool Service Center (TSC) network, ensuring spare parts availability while balancing inventory and net working capital. - Act as Regional Process Owner for spare parts supply, material management, warehousing, and transport. - Optimize spare parts logistics to improve Tool Service Center productivity and the repair journey. - Design and continuously develop a resilient spare parts supply chain with flexible warehousing and transport capabilities. - Ensure supply readiness for new product introductions, modifications, phase-outs, and circularity items across RDC and TSC locations. - Manage OPEX, replenishment freight, and capital budgets to deliver productivity and working capital targets. - Build an engaged, self-sustaining, and high-performing organization across materials management, warehousing, and customs. What You'll Bring: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline; master's degree or MBA is an advantage. - Minimum of seven years of relevant supply chain management experience, including significant responsibility for materials management, inventory, transport, warehousing, or service supply chains. - Strong knowledge of integrated ERP, supply chain planning, inventory, purchasing, transport, warehouse-management, analytics, and reporting processes. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SAP S/4HANA, advanced supply chain planning solutions, warehouse and transport management systems, and business-intelligence tools. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for up to 50% of working time.
