HR Analyst, Data & Systems

This role enables HR and business teams through data analytics, systems integration, and process automation. It is suited for a business-driven analytics professional who can connect data across people, processes, and systems to generate actionable insights and support better decision-making. The focus is on enablement, scalability, and outcomes. Analyze and interpret complex data sets across people, processes, and systems to generate actionable insights and recommendations for HR and business stakeholders. Review and enhance HR processes and workflows with a cross-functional perspective and an understanding of end-to-end business process flows. Lead and support the standardization, automation, and optimization of HR processes and systems, including integration of HR databases for analytics and reporting. 5+ years of experience in analytics, business systems, HR systems, or data-driven roles. Strong capability in Excel and Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). Experience working with SAP HR / SuccessFactors or similar enterprise systems.
