HR Application Consultant

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and people-focused HR Application Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HR applications and systems. You will work closely with HR teams and end-users to understand their requirements, provide technical assistance, troubleshoot system issues, and help improve HR processes. Key responsibilities include assisting with system configuration, gathering business requirements, troubleshooting application errors, supporting HR modules such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and payroll, preparing documentation, conducting system testing, and coordinating with stakeholders. Candidates should have a diploma or bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration, with familiarity with HRIS, HRMS, or ERP platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday.
