HR Data Analyst

The HR Data Analyst turns workforce data in Oracle HCM Cloud into accurate reports, dashboards and insights that support HR and business decisions across SRG and its subsidiaries. The role owns HR data quality, builds standard and ad-hoc reporting, and supports workforce planning, recruitment, payroll and Saudization analysis. Build and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports. Extract, validate and transform data from Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, and Talent. Build and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher. Prepare and validate bulk data loads using HCM Data Loader HDL and HSDL. Track recruitment KPIs, support manpower budgeting, and produce Saudization Nitaqat tracking and reconcile data with Qiwa, GOSI and Mudad. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics or related field. 3 to 5 years in HR data analysis, HRIS or people analytics with at least 2 years working directly in Oracle HCM Cloud.
