HR Generalist

We're hiring: HR Generalist | Dubai, UAE Sharaf Shipping Agency (SSA) is looking for an HR Generalist to own the employee lifecycle, from offer to exit, for assigned entities. What you'll do • Run onboarding end to end: offer letters, MOHRE work permits, visa stamping, medicals, Emirates ID and Day-1 induction • Manage offboarding: clearance, final settlement and EOS gratuity, contract and visa cancellation, exit interviews • Keep Employee Central in SAP SuccessFactors accurate for every hire, transfer, promotion and exit • Handle MOHRE, WPS and immigration compliance under UAE Labour Law • Run day-to-day HR operations: HR letters, leave and attendance, payroll inputs, MIS and audit support What we're looking for • 4–5 years as an HR Generalist, with at least 2 years in the UAE • Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) experience • Direct experience with MOHRE, WPS and immigration processes • Strong UAE Labour Law knowledge, including EOS gratuity calculation • Advanced Excel; fluent English (Arabic is a plus) • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field. CIPD Level 5, SHRM-CP or equivalent preferred Role: Full-time, permanent | Reports to Assistant Manager – HR
