HR Generalist

Sharaf Shipping Agency (SSA) is looking for an HR Generalist to join its team in Dubai. The role requires strong experience in UAE HR operations and employee administration, practical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and HR systems, a good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements, and experience dealing with MOHRE, WPS, and payroll-related processes. Candidates must also have knowledge of immigration procedures, employment visas, and employee documentation, alongside strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
