HR GENERALIST – DUBAI, UAE
Company: Sharaf Shipping Agency (SSA)
Requirements:
• 4–5 years of HR Generalist experience, including at least 2 years in the UAE.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central).
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, visa processing, and EOS gratuity.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in English.
• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Shipping or logistics industry experience is an advantage.
