HR Generalist

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Generalist to handle day-to-day HR activities and support our growing team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. What You’ll Be Doing: - Manage daily HR operations: attendance, leave management, contracts, onboarding & offboarding. - Update and maintain employee data on HR systems (ZOHO, SAP, etc.). - Support recruitment: screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. - Develop and implement HR SOPs and ensure compliance across the organization. - Facilitate orientation programs and monitor probationary periods. - Coordinate with payroll team on salary inputs, deductions, and benefits. - Handle all social insurance documentation in line with Egyptian labor laws. - Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives. - Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR administrative support. What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field. - 3–5 years of HR experience (manufacturing or multinational background is a plus). - Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law & social insurance regulations. - Proficient in Excel and HRMS systems (ZOHO, SAP, or similar). - Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - English very good written and spoken is a must.
