Job description
Position: HR Generalist
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full time
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of HR Generalist experience, including at least 2 years in the UAE.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central).
- Practical knowledge of MOHRE, WPS, immigration procedures, and UAE Labour Law.
- Experience in employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll inputs, visa processing, and end-of-service gratuity calculations.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPD Level 5, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Shipping, logistics, or multi-entity group experience is an added advantage.
