HR Information Systems Analyst

The HR Information Systems Analyst is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with the flexibility to perform some work from home. In this role, the analyst will maintain and optimize HRIS platforms, ensuring accurate and secure employee data, workflows, and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include configuring system modules, troubleshooting issues, supporting Human Capital Management processes, and collaborating with HR and IT to improve business processes. The analyst will generate HR analytics and dashboards, assist with employee benefits data administration, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regional regulations. This position also involves documenting system changes, training HR users, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in HR technology and data quality.
