Location: Qatar | Local Hire Only
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of HR Operations experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience handling a large blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
- Proficiency in HRMS, Microsoft Excel, and HR reporting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HR/HCM preferably.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Available in Qatar with transferable QID preferred.
