Job description
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee affairs, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all HR transactions. Maintain and update employee files, employment contracts, personnel records, and HR system data. Manage attendance, leave, absence, overtime, and monthly payroll inputs and changes, and support payroll preparation and review. Handle the full recruitment cycle, including manpower requests, job posting, sourcing, CV screening, interviews, job offers, onboarding, and joining procedures. Manage employee lifecycle activities including transfers, contract renewals, amendments, offboarding, clearance, final settlements, and end-of-service documentation. Process and follow up employee and company transactions through government platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher Business, TAMM, Logisti, Balady, Saudi Business Center, Ministry of Commerce, Chamber of Commerce, SPL, Ajeer, Taqat, Jadarat, HRDF, Remote Work Platform, and other related systems. Monitor and follow up the expiry and renewal of Iqamas, work permits, employment contracts, licenses, permits, company records, and other regulatory documents. Support vehicle, driver, transportation, and operational licensing requirements when assigned. Ensure HR practices and transactions comply with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and applicable government requirements. Prepare HR reports, statistics, employee lists, official letters, certificates, trackers, and management reports. Maintain accurate filing and documentation and ensure employee information is complete, updated, and confidential. Handle employee requests and HR-related cases, follow pending matters through to closure, and escalate potential delays or risks before deadlines. Support the implementation and daily use of Odoo or other HR/ERP systems and ensure data accuracy. Coordinate with Finance and other departments on payroll, employee transactions, recruitment, and administrative requirements. Support the improvement of HR procedures, workflows, trackers, and internal records to enhance efficiency and control. Perform other HR and administrative duties related to the position as assigned.
