HRIS Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our HR team. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS / HR Systems. • Strong hands-on experience in SAP and SAP SuccessFactors is required. • Ability to create, configure, and manage HR processes within SAP and SuccessFactors. • Experience in setting up and managing workflows, approval processes, business rules, forms, and system configurations. • Ability to manage user roles, permissions, and system access. • Experience in HR reports, dashboards, and employee data management. • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to HR users. • Strong understanding of HR processes and system integration. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
