Human Resources Business Partner

We are a Dubai-headquartered international fertilizers trading company looking for an HR Business Partner to support the business across key HR areas, including organizational development, workforce planning, HR processes, personnel budgeting, employee relations, and HR analytics in an international environment. Key Responsibilities include personnel budgeting and payroll budget management, full-cycle personnel administration and onboarding/offboarding, HR data analytics and workforce structure reporting, employee communication and satisfaction surveys, and cross-functional teamwork with multicultural teams. Requirements include higher education in HR management or economics, at least 3 years of experience in HR as an OD or HRBP, strong understanding of HR analytics and budget management, proficiency in statistical analysis tools and HR systems such as SAP, WebHR, or 1C:ZUP, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English at C1 level or higher.
