Job description
The HR Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising day-to-day HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, payroll coordination, employee records, documentation, HR systems and SAP, employee data management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations. The role serves as a key point of coordination between HR, employees, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of processes.
