HVAC Foreman

Ensure safe maintenance execution of Electrical HVAC equipment, compliant with HSE rules, legislative regulations and international standards. Coordinate, supervise department activities and provide technical support to team members. Instruct and lead technicians with regards to acceptable attitudes and behaviors. Maintenance Execution: Ensure services are carried out in strict compliance with Company and Client current HSE rules. Execute maintenance preventive and corrective operations. Coordinate contract personnel for smooth execution. Maintenance planning: Implement and request logistical means necessary for smooth operations, participate in coordination meetings, prepare maintenance reports, move spare parts, and supervise stock. Follow up maintenance activity through a Work Order system and approve work order reports through the use of the most common CMMS such as SAP-UNISUP, MAXIMO, DATASTREAM. Technical Support/Methods: Use appropriateness of operating and maintenance procedures, suggest improvements, keep up-to-date list of work performed during inspections or shutdowns, maintain permanent anticipation on potential problems. Team Leading: Responsible for teams on site, identify training needs, get involved in nationalization plan, appraisal, competence assessment, and coach local staff. HSE: Demonstrate commitment to safety, ensure correct behavior of teams, execute performance monitoring and work instructions compliance.
