Implementation Consultant (ERP & E-Invoicing)

NxtArray is seeking dynamic Implementation Consultants to join their team in Dubai. In this role, you will be the bridge between technology and enterprise clients, leading customer onboarding, driving high-level ERP integration discussions, mapping complex business processes, and ensuring flawless go-live execution. Key responsibilities include leading requirement workshops, supporting complex ERP data mapping and API integrations, managing customer onboarding, designing User Acceptance Training blueprints, and providing post-implementation hypercare support. Required qualifications include 4 to 8 years of technical implementation consulting experience, strong familiarity with API frameworks and business process mapping, solid financial acumen, and expertise in UAE VAT and e-invoicing regulations. Preferred knowledge includes hands-on exposure to SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
