Information Technology Manager

The IT Manager will lead all technology operations across the head office and project sites, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability of systems supporting real estate operations and property management platforms. Responsibilities include managing infrastructure and cloud administration (Microsoft 365, Azure virtual machines, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls), cybersecurity and endpoint management (Microsoft Defender, Intune, MFA), enterprise systems and ERP administration (Oracle NetSuite or Oracle Fusion, Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio), IT strategy, budget and vendor management, and team leadership. Candidates require a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Computer Science, 8 to 14 years of total IT experience with 3 to 6 years in a managerial role, at least 5 years managing Microsoft 365, and proven experience administering Oracle NetSuite or Oracle Fusion ERP.
