Information Technology Specialist

Advanced Aircraft Technology (AAT) is pleased to announce an employment opportunity for the position of IT Specialist for Saudi nationals to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues. Manage and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices. Install and configure operating systems, software, and applications. Candidates must have experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Odoo and SAP. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels to systems. Support and manage IT networks, communications, and IT infrastructure. Monitor system, network performance, and troubleshoot technical issues and failures. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems. Manage and monitor IT assets, hardware, and software. Monitor software licenses, subscriptions, and IT services. Coordinate with service providers and vendors to resolve technical issues and deliver required services. Perform data backups and follow business continuity procedures in accordance with company policies. Implement and monitor information security policies and procedures. Prepare and update IT documentation, procedures, and records. Prepare technical and periodic reports for the IT Department. Follow up on technical support requests and ensure they are resolved and closed within the required timeframe. Support IT system and network development and upgrade projects. Comply with information security and data protection policies and procedures. Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by the direct manager. Qualifications and Experience: The candidate must be a Saudi national. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Information Technology. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues. Experience with operating systems, networks, and IT infrastructure. Experience in Technical Support, IT Infrastructure, and Network Support. Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365. Good knowledge of user account, permissions, and access management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
