Collaborate with leadership in the MBO Targets deployment process ensuring alignment of individual goals with organizational objectives. Upload, maintain, and validate bonus targets in ACTIO, ensuring accuracy of structures and scorecards. Ensure data accuracy across performance management systems, reports, and dashboards. Support MBRF+ Program by tracking project progress, validating value capture, and preparing performance reports. Develop clear reports, dashboards, and presentations. Conduct benchmarking, scenario analysis, and business case evaluations. Provide analytical support for special projects and transformation initiatives. What kind of profile are we looking for? Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Process Improvement, Project Management, Data Analytics, or any related field. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, International Relations, Engineering or any related field. SAP ERP & Digital Platforms knowledge. English is a must, Portuguese is a plus.
