Internal Auditor

Carmen Perfumes Group | Dubai | Full-Time, On-Site We are looking for an experienced Internal Financial Auditor to review financial and operational activities and strengthen internal controls across our retail and manufacturing businesses. Key Responsibilities: * Audit branch sales, cash collections, card transactions, and bank reconciliations. * Review expenses, purchases, payments, and supporting documents. * Audit inventory, transfers between the factory and branches, stock counts, returns, and testers, and investigate discrepancies. * Review manufacturing costs and verify the accuracy of accounting records. * Assess compliance with approval limits, internal policies, and control procedures. * Report findings, risks, and recommended corrective actions to management and follow up on implementation. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. * At least 5 years of experience in financial or internal auditing, preferably within retail and manufacturing. * Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo. * Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and independent judgment. * CIA, ACCA, or CPA qualifications are an advantage.
