Internal Sales and Supply Chain Executive

The Dubai-established Würth Professional Solutions introduces a breakthrough concept designed to enhance our client service and support. Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support Internal Sales and Supply Chain Operations, working closely with Sales teams and clients, as well as Supply Chain, Logistics, and Suppliers. The role will support the Sales team with SAP, order status, backorders, ETA, pricing, availability, and data, while also coordinating closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Suppliers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day internal sales activities and customer requirements. - Coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure timely availability of products. - Handle and coordinate air and sea freight shipments, including shipment follow-up and documentation. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date data using Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Oracle systems. - Knowledge of fasteners, bolts, and related consumable products and processes. - Coordinate orders, deliveries, inventory, and supply chain requirements. - Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Requirements: - Strong Microsoft Excel skills. - SAP experience is mandatory. - Experience in Internal Sales, Sales Support, Supply Chain, Procurement, or similar roles. - Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. - Fasteners, MRO, industrial products, or technical trading experience is a strong advantage.
