Inventory Analyst

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and item master data, preparing operational and management reports, developing dashboards, and supporting inventory planning and analysis across Kuwait and GCC operations. Responsibilities: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports covering stock position, aging, near-expiry and expiry, wastage, variances, turnover, stock coverage, and slow/non-moving items. Analyze inventory trends and highlight shortages, excess stock, expiry exposure, abnormal consumption, stock imbalances, and material variances. Support min/max levels, reorder parameters, safety stock, and inventory-planning assumptions. Master data management across ERP and SUPY systems. Coordinate the GCC-wide Item Unification Project to establish a common item structure and standardized descriptions. Develop Excel dashboards and management reports.
