Inventory Controller

Inventory Controller | Abu Dhabi, UAE A leading company in the Tower Crane & Heavy Equipment industry is looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to join its team in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in Inventory Management, Material Management, and SAP, preferably within the Crane, Heavy Equipment, Construction Equipment, or Industrial Equipment sector. Key Requirements: - Proven experience in Inventory Management and Stock Control. - Strong experience in Material Management and materials coordination. - Strong SAP experience, with the ability to work as an SAP Super User. - Experience with SAP MM / Inventory-related processes is highly preferred. - Previous experience in the Crane, Heavy Equipment, Construction Equipment, or similar industrial sector is highly preferred. - Strong understanding of spare parts and material inventory. - Experience in stock monitoring, reconciliation, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy. - Ability to analyze inventory movements and identify slow-moving, excess, or critical stock. - Good coordination with Procurement, Warehouse, Maintenance, Operations, and other relevant departments. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: - Control and monitor inventory levels and stock movements. - Ensure accurate recording and tracking of materials and spare parts. - Manage material transactions through SAP and ensure data accuracy. - Monitor stock availability and identify shortages, excess, and slow-moving items. - Conduct and monitor regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation. - Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies. - Support efficient inventory planning and material utilization. - Prepare inventory reports and provide relevant data and analysis to management. - Ensure compliance with company inventory and material management procedures.
