Inventory Controller

The Inventory Controller coordinates between production and warehouses in terms of materials receiving, returning balance materials, managing rejected materials, conducting reconciliations with warehouses on materials and finished goods, and managing all SAP transactions for proper accounting and to minimize variances. Responsibilities include developing materials request reports in SAP based on the production plan, ensuring proper counting and weighing of materials received from the warehouse, organizing return stock materials and sending them back to the warehouse through SAP transactions, organizing online rejected materials and sending them back to the warehouse through SAP transactions, ensuring daily materials and finished goods transfer and receipt reconciliation with warehouses, resolving variances identified through SAP along with the packaging supervisor, and involving with finance accountants for monthly inventory counts while maintaining EHS standards.
