Inventory Management Officer

Location: UAE-Jafza. Working Days: 6 Days. Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering, B.Com, or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. A Master’s degree is optional. Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory, store operations, material receipts, issuance, and stock reconciliation. Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory variance analysis. Maintain inventory records using ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics AX. Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and production teams. Prepare inventory reports using MS Excel, Power BI, and VBA. Required Skills: Strong experience in Inventory Control, Stores & Material Management. Hands-on experience with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics AX. Knowledge of Power BI, VBA, and MS Office. Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
