Inventory, Procurement & Pricing Manager

United Diesel is specialized in commercial vehicles and is the authorized distributor of Renault Trucks, Tata Motor, Buses and Trucks. It offers complete after Sales Services and provides innovative transport solutions. To manage inventory levels, parts procurement, and supplier coordination to ensure optimal stock availability, cost efficiency, and smooth operations across all outlets. The role is responsible for aligning procurement and inventory with sales forecasts, market demand, and operational needs. Monitor and control parts inventory across all warehouses and branches. Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages. Analyze fast-moving and slow-moving parts to improve turnover and reduce holding costs. Coordinate inter-branch transfers based on demand and stock status. Conduct periodic and annual stock counts with accuracy and compliance. Plan and execute procurement of parts based on sales forecasts, OEM targets, and customer demand. Issue purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery. Evaluate and negotiate with vendors for best pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions. Track shipment schedules, customs clearance, and logistics coordination. Maintain strong relationships with OEMs and local vendors. Ensure proper use of inventory and ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, and Dealer Management Systems.
